Client should go to the Municipal Public Health Department at Ga West Municipal Assembly, Amasaman.
The Department is in the same compound as Pharmacy Council and Medical and Dental Council.
Complaint of noise nuisance should be made at the Municipal Public Health Department.
A letter indicating the area, the address and signature of the affected persons should be added as a supporting document.
All burials in the Ga West Municipalilty must first pass through this department, after obtaining burial permit from Births and Deaths Department. Whether at a public, private or a family cemetary.
To obtain a grave space you will need the medical cause of death from an approved health institution.
